The location here is unbeatable, just a few blocks from Casa del Cordon, and I was highly impressed with the guest rooms on the higher floors.

In our case we were in one of the suites. The room was great, super spacious and with all the comforts. Very achieved the mixture between classic and modern. The staff is very friendly at all times and very attentive. We went with our 18-month-old twins and they let us "park" the car in the cafeteria downstairs (which was very cute). And with our little dog with which they had the detail of a candy. The buffet was very varied and tasty. No doubt we will repeat this the day we return to Burgos.
To say the least, it was a coincidence that on the same day we arrived at the hotel 4 families with children under 2 years old, and in our case we needed 2, so we only had one crib. This is something they already have within their improvement plan. The fact is that with one we would have enough, but my daughter takes a little longer to fall asleep than my son and until that happens they get a little bit in the way.

It's very well located, you can walk everywhere.
The day we stayed, it was very hot, we wanted to put the air conditioning on, but it didn't work and just blew. We even talked to the receptionists and instead of telling us there was a problem, they told us it was already on . When we left, the next day, we told the receptionists again and they told us that it had been a general failure of the hotel and that more than one person had given him the complaints. They also told us that they had been aware of this fault since the day before, when we entered, and that technicians had gone there, but that they had to come back. Furthermore, when we went to pay, we checked that they had included the price of the pen parking after we had signed. The receptionists insisted that this information came when we signed in, which is not true. We were not aware of this price and no one informed us.

Our room was stylish and airy, designed with quality furnishings, and had multiple phones; we loved the design and the great location near a small museum.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, close to city center
Typically: two normal sized beds instead of a big one

Location is best. Close to the old town, but not so close that the bustle of people would bother. It was also well connected to get out of town.
we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, in the elevator and on the first floor landing, in the room it smelled downright BAD, like sewage water. Fortunately, I don't know if it was after leaving the windows of the room open or something else, at night the smell seemed to have disappeared (everywhere: elevator, landing and room). It didn't bother to sleep, first impression of the hotel was very bad in that sense. There was only one "bedside table" (there were two of us), there are no plugs next to the bed. hotel is not bad at all, it needs an upgrade.

The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent facilities, a very central location close to a hill and a Historic Town, and a decent room size.

Convenient for transit stop, good parking facilities, easy walk into towns shopping district and points of interest. Good value, clean and efficient.....this is the second time I have used this hotel and will stay again if I am travelling through Burgos.
The older of the hotels breakfast staff was rude and intollerant to non spanish speakers.
